Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, FAM25C, and KLHL14. Each is linked with TAAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR2-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR2 results are reported.
