SZT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SZT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,210 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SZT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTK, CEP55, and ASPM. Each is linked with SZT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SZT2-to-partner and partner-to-SZT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SZT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SZT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
