SZRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SZRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,537 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SZRD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, KIF1B, and LYPLA2. Each is linked with SZRD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SZRD1-to-partner and partner-to-SZRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SZRD1 versus NUDC in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SZRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SZRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
