SZRD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SZRD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,140 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SZRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUSL1, CENPA, and MAD2L2. Each is linked with SZRD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SZRD1-to-partner and partner-to-SZRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SZRD1 versus PUSL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SZRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SZRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
