Across TCGA patient cohorts, SZRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SZRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Akt, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with SZRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SZRD1-to-partner and partner-to-SZRD1 results are reported.
