SYTL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,182 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNLT3, SYTL5_S169, and BCAS1. Each is linked with SYTL5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL5-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYTL5 versus DYNLT3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
