Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,415 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3136, CEACAM5, and UGCG. Each is linked with SYTL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL5-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYTL5 versus MIR3136 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
