Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYTL4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SYTL4 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SYTL4 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYTL4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, SCLC, and LIHC are the cancer types where SYTL4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
