Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYTL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SYTL3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SYTL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYTL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where SYTL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
