Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,783 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYTL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYTL3_S243, WAS, and WIPF1. Each is linked with SYTL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL3-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYTL3 versus SYTL3_S243 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
