SYTL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYTL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 555 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR2DS4, BMP15, and IL20. Each is linked with SYTL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL3-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR2DS4 grouped by SYTL3-low versus SYTL3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
