Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,340 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB7C, STS, and ITGA3. Each is linked with SYTL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL2-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYTL2 versus ZBTB7C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
