SYTL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ASNS, and 4E-BP1_pT70. Each is linked with SYTL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL2-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by SYTL2-low versus SYTL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
