Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIT2, PABPC1L2A, and IFNW1. Each is linked with SYTL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL2-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL2 results are reported.
