Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,383 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLG5, NLGN1, and ANKRD12. Each is linked with SYTL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL2-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DLG5 grouped by SYTL2-low versus SYTL2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
