SYTL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,098 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF14, CLIC3, and TNFRSF25. Each is linked with SYTL1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYTL1 versus TNFRSF14 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
