SYTL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,301 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARF6, SLC9A1_S796, and KIAA1522. Each is linked with SYTL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYTL1 versus ARF6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
