Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB27B, FIZ1, and SCML2. Each is linked with SYTL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYTL1 versus RAB27B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
