Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,930 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM96AP1, RNA5SP198, and RPL17P49. Each is linked with SYTL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM96AP1 grouped by SYTL1-low versus SYTL1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
