Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SYTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL1 results are reported.
