SYTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M3, OR10G2, and VSIG4. Each is linked with SYTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2M3 grouped by SYTL1-low versus SYTL1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
