SYT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,705 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLFML3, RTN1, and CX3CR1. Each is linked with SYT6 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT6-to-partner and partner-to-SYT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT6 versus OLFML3 in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
