Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, HER3, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SYT6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT6-to-partner and partner-to-SYT6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by SYT6-low versus SYT6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
