SYT6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,101 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZD9, ADAP1, and GMCL2. Each is linked with SYT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT6-to-partner and partner-to-SYT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT6 versus FZD9 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
