SYT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,194 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REM2_S27, CPLX2, and DMTN_S16. Each is linked with SYT5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT5-to-partner and partner-to-SYT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT5 versus REM2_S27 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
