Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,476 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN3, CELF4, and SYP. Each is linked with SYT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT5-to-partner and partner-to-SYT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT5 versus SEPTIN3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
