Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,471 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYT7, TATDN3, and THSD7A. Each is linked with SYT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT5-to-partner and partner-to-SYT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT5 versus SYT7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
