SYT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,761 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, IGF2BP1, and LAMP2. Each is linked with SYT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT3-to-partner and partner-to-SYT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
