SYT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,652 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PRODH, and GRK3. Each is linked with SYT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT3-to-partner and partner-to-SYT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
