SYT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,909 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPNT1, FBLN5, and TSNAX. Each is linked with SYT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT2-to-partner and partner-to-SYT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT2 versus BPNT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
