Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,734 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA15P2, MIR3194, and RNA5SP367. Each is linked with SYT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT2-to-partner and partner-to-SYT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA15P2 grouped by SYT2-low versus SYT2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
