Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Ras, C-Raf_pS338, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SYT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT2-to-partner and partner-to-SYT2 results are reported.
