Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYT17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SYT17 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SYT17 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYT17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, SKCM, and CESC are the cancer types where SYT17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
