SYT17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,994 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYT17_S110, SYT17_S118, and TCEAL4. Each is linked with SYT17 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT17-to-partner and partner-to-SYT17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT17 versus SYT17_S110 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
