SYT17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT17-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, AMPK_alpha, and CDK1. Each is linked with SYT17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT17-to-partner and partner-to-SYT17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by SYT17-low versus SYT17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
