SYT16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with SYT16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT16-to-partner and partner-to-SYT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by SYT16-low versus SYT16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
