Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,836 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transforming growth factor beta3 production, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with SYT16 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT16-to-partner and partner-to-SYT16 results are reported.
