SYT16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 276 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX22, KLRF2, and SIGLEC8. Each is linked with SYT16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT16-to-partner and partner-to-SYT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBX22 grouped by SYT16-low versus SYT16-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
