SYT14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Notch1, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with SYT14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT14-to-partner and partner-to-SYT14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by SYT14-low versus SYT14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
