SYT11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,431 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, DPYSL3, and VCL_S795. Each is linked with SYT11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT11-to-partner and partner-to-SYT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT11 versus CNN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
