Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT11-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT222, ZNF602P, and RN7SL471P. Each is linked with SYT11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT11-to-partner and partner-to-SYT11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT11 versus KRT222 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
