SYT11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF7P2, LINC02220, and ACOT2. Each is linked with SYT11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT11-to-partner and partner-to-SYT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF7P2 grouped by SYT11-low versus SYT11-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
