Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,884 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, Golgi vesicle transport, and Negative regulation of dopamine secretion. Each is linked with SYT11 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT11-to-partner and partner-to-SYT11 results are reported.
