SYT11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT11-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP13, DIRC1, and RLN3. Each is linked with SYT11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT11-to-partner and partner-to-SYT11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP13 grouped by SYT11-low versus SYT11-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
