Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYT10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SYT10 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SYT10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYT10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and ESCA are the cancer types where SYT10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
