SYT10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,547 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBEA, NR3C2, and MAGI2. Each is linked with SYT10 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT10-to-partner and partner-to-SYT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT10 versus NBEA in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
