Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,130 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cytoskeleton organization, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with SYT10 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT10-to-partner and partner-to-SYT10 results are reported.
