Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR42, RNU5D-1, and RNU5A-8P. Each is linked with SYT10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT10-to-partner and partner-to-SYT10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT10 versus GPR42 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
