SYT10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,256 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, EME1, and RAD51. Each is linked with SYT10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT10-to-partner and partner-to-SYT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by SYT10-low versus SYT10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
