Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FoxM1, and EGFR. Each is linked with SYT10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT10-to-partner and partner-to-SYT10 results are reported.
